What is Law of Attraction?
Law of attraction is the process based on people's thoughts and beliefs which are made from "pure energy" through which we can achieve many things in our lives.


Law of attraction for physical health.
The responsibility of maintaining a good physical health, all depends on our own hands. Normally, we are the reflection of our own thinking and beliefs of our inner thoughts.
      
One of the important thing that law of attraction teaches us is that our mind itself is a powerful weapon within ourself. So, we should be fully aware of the thing what we think and what impacts it's creating in our life.

Implemention of law of attraction for physical health.
Firstly, when you are applying Law of attraction for achieving good physical health one thing you must know is that it's not a overnight process to achieve something. If you're applying it for achieving something overnight then there's is no doubt that you're going to fail miserably.

        So, "keep your inner thought and belief high and think what you want to be not what other wants you to be".

1. Connecting with the universe.

Under the process of Law of attraction the things which matter the most is what vibes we are giving to the universe. Remember, the universe is so powerful that it can attract anything whether it can be positive or negative all based on your inner thoughts and beliefs. So, we should not give any bad vibes or show any weakness to the universe. We should always be thankful to the universe for what we have and what we are at current situation and incase if you're attracting negative things in your life then you yourself to be blame for it because your thoughts are not strong.

2. Improve self image and act accordingly.
If you're manifesting good physical health then you must act accordingly, you should think as it is that you have already achieved that good health and act accordingly. By doing that you are showing the universe that you're happy with your current physical health condition and you're thankful for it. So it's very important that before manifesting something we must create our self image in our mind of what we want to be and act accordingly as if we have already achieved it.

3. Practise meditation for faster manifestation result.
It is very important that while manifesting something we must have patience to wait for the things to happen. 
Many peoples failed achieving something by the process of law of attraction because they don't have the enough patience to wait for the things to happen and there's nothing better way to increase your patience than practising meditation on regular basis.

4. Believe in yourself and believe in the power of the Universe.
We all know it that to achieve something in our life how important it is to have faith and belief in ourself. So as it is in the law of attraction you have to do the same thing to achieve good physical health you should have that belief in yourself and in the power of the universe but if you don't have belief in yourself and you always keep doubting yourself then you won't be able to achieve anything through law of attraction.

​Believing in your self is also important to recognise your ability to accomplish goals. ​You're optimistic about the future as you set goals and achieve them. ​Deep down inside, you know you can do anything.

5. Work hard and use mindful eating for the good physical health to compliment your manifestation.
So, it is also very important to know that law of attraction doesn't work simply if you are letting everything in the hands of the universe to do wonders for you.

You must compliment the universe by working hard and eating healthy foods to achieve your dream physical health which will also help you to achieve your goals faster. You should work hard accordingly based on what improvement you want on your physical health. For example, if u want to gain your wealth work for it practically to compliment the universe in order to get faster result.
